Take the Change Archetype Assessment

So apparently, my Instagram followers have a standard deviation of 3, three up, three down.
And honestly, I’m fine with it.
I don’t post 14x a day. My breakfast isn’t camera ready.
Truth: insta is great for cat reels and chickens dancing to trendy audio. But credibility isn’t built on filters and hashtags. Being seen doesn’t equal being respected. Followers does not equal impact.
So, yes I may not gain or get even 5000 followers, but I will keep gaining something better: real conversations, genuine connections, and people who care more about substance over scrolls.

These dogs… aside from needing haircuts and Paisley looking like a Clydesdale with the shaved paws from spay surgery:
Makinley thinks she is a cat and has been laying in the window sill all day. But when it came time to get down, she didn’t know how.
Paisley has learned that when she barks in the mudroom her bark (and other creative sounds) echo which she thinks is super cool and has tested it (and me) all day. She has written several songs at this point.

Our flight from LA last night at 945pm (1245 EST) was delayed until 150am (450 am EST) this morning and then ultimately cancelled. So we are currently at 35K feet somewhere in the Midwest landing in Boston around 7:30pm having left California at 1130/230. Other than that debacle, the trip was great, she was exhausted both days workin her cuteness, and my keynote is in the record book.

Every morning, every day, the little girls and I get up while the house is still and quiet. I make them their breakfast, make my coffee, and then I call “Morning Meeting.”
They run to meet me at the same chair in the living room. We “talk” about how they slept, whether breakfast was to their liking, and what the plans are for the day or upcoming week.” Then, they curl up and take a snooze next to me. I call my mom or check my email. I’ve been doing this since before Mak was born and Lily was alive to enjoy it.
Maybe it seems silly or strange but I tell ya it’s the best.

Morning motivation in my hotel room. Today presenting to a 15 state primary care physician organization on depression and anxiety with co-morbid medical conditions in the over 65 population.
